Each Mobile Art Camp session lasts 1–1.5 hours.
Organizations can choose from two session times:
Morning Session
10:00 AM – 11:30 AM
Afternoon Session
2:00 PM – 3:30 PM
Many camps book both sessions in one day to accommodate larger groups.
Our minimum booking is 15 campers.
Most camps host 20–30 campers per session, but we can accommodate larger groups by scheduling multiple sessions in the same day.
We bring everything needed for the activity, including:
• pre-drawn canvas
• paint and brushes
• supplies and setup
• step-by-step instruction
• campers take home their finished artwork
Absolutely! Camp counselors, staff members, and even parents are welcome to paint.
Just include them in your participant count so we bring enough supplies for everyone.

Summer camp dates fill quickly. We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date.
Booking is simple.

If your event is scheduled outdoors and weather becomes an issue, we can usually move the activity indoors to a classroom, cafeteria, activity room, pavilion, or other covered space.
If indoor space is not available, we will work with you to reschedule based on availability.
We understand that summer weather and camp schedules can change, and we do our best to accommodate reasonable adjustments whenever possible.
Most camps simply move the activity indoors if rain occurs.
Yes. You may add additional participants up to 48 hours before your event so we can prepare enough art supplies for everyone.
Because materials such as canvases and paint are purchased and prepared in advance, the final participant count confirmed 48 hours prior to your session will be the minimum number billed.
You are welcome to add more participants at that time if space allows—we just ask that any increases be communicated at least 48 hours before the event so we can ensure every participant has the supplies needed to complete their artwork.
